- Description
- This requirement was previously posted under IFB FA4897-10-B-0004. That IFB was cancelled due to the failure of Amendment 0001 to post on FedBizOps prior to bid opening. Contractors who submitted bids under that solicitation shall submit new bids to be considered for this requirement. The contractor shall, except as specified in the Performance of Work Statement (PWS) as government furnished property or services, provide all personnel, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment to provide Transient Aircraft Services at Mountain Home Air Force Base (MHAFB). Transient aircraft services include transient aircraft management control, arrival, processing, limited emergency services, and departure services. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract with a base year and four (4) one-year options. Base year Period of Performance will be from 1 Oct 10 through 30 Sep 11. This acquisition is a 100% Service-Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this solicitation is 488190 and the small business size standard is $7,000,000.00. A formal Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about 6 Aug 10 via Federal Business Opportunities (FBO). Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration website (http://www.ccr.gov) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires a DUNS number and may take up to three weeks to process. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
