- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center San Diego intends to issue a solesource purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 13.5 to TDCEquipment, 15886 Manufacture Lane, Huntington Beach, CA 92649. The proposedcontract action is for (4) Replacement Genesets & associated equipmentwhich the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one sourceunder the authority of FAR 6.302. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FORCOMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete thisproposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within thediscretion of the Government. Information received will normally beconsidered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct acompetitive procurement. No solicitation document is available. Interested parties shall submitinformation that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement.Responses are due by 11 August 2010, 12:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time, viaemail or fax.
