- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A Request for Quote has been issued for Cylinder, Complete Pusher 3500; IDROMEC/Sierra International Machinery Part Number 78488 replacement part for a IDROMEC Model 3500 Stationary Baler, Serial Number 11013. Manufactured in 1993.+++BRAND NAME ONLY. NO SUBSTITUTES. FOB McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK. (See Additional Documentation for further details.) The solicitation shall be issued via the internet at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/and http://www.fbo.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to these web sites and it is the contractor's responsibility to check these sites daily for any amendments. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
