- This pre-solicitation notice is for lodging in Niagara Falls, NY. The requested services includes Lodging, meals, and conference space. The pending award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance of 16-19 Sept 2010. This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 721110, size standard of $7.0 Million. Prospective Contractors must be on Central Contractor Register (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation will be posted on or about 6 Aug 2010 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37.
