- This requirement is for the manufacture of NSN: 5180-01-531-3509BA, P/N: 32896-003 (Tool Kit, Battery). Initial purchase will be for a quantity of 3 units, with three one-year option periods with the possible purchase of between 1 and 10 units for each period. It is anticipated that the RFQ will be issued on or around 4 August 2010, with a response date of on or around 27 August, 2010. The RFQ is being issued on a sole source basis to MarathonNorco Aerospace, CAGE Code 74025, doing business as Marathon Battery, in accordance with Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), "The property or services needed by the agency are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of property or services will satisfy the needs of the agency." The RFQ will NOT be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov. If you desire to obtain a copy, your emailed request must be submitted to jami.andre@robins.af.mil. No telephone requests will be honored.
