- THIS NOTICE REPLACES #FA8678-10-R-0352, SAME ITEMS, WHICH WAS POSTED 4 AUG AND CANCELLED ON 5 AUG. tHIS NOTICE INCORPORATES REQUIRED CLAUSES FOR OPEN AND COMPETITIVE COMMERICAL ACQUISITON. The P5 Combat Training Systems Branch, AAC/EBYK, Eglin AFB FL intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for the following items: Quantity 1 each - Four-Channel PCI Board. Must meet MIL-STD-1553 requirements and each channel must simulate BC, RT and BM simultaneously. Includes device Drivers, API and example Software (Equal or similar to Part # APX1553-4 or BU67210I400L) Quantity 1 each - Data Bus Software (Equal or similar to Part # PBA-2000-4 or BU6906650-110) Quantity 1 each - Engineering Unit and Display Widget Manager (Equal or similar to PBA.PRO-1553-DBM or BU-69414DS-64VM) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ); the announcement number is FA8678-10-M-0352. The North American industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334418, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upo0n this standard. This award will be evaluated on a lowest price technically acceptable basis.
