- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is performing market research to determine the market availability for the follow requirements. •1. CFR compliant facility located within the Washington DC commuting area to store an estimated 13,000 boxes immediately upon contract award and to store an additional 400 - 500 boxes annually. •2. Additional requirements are: •a. A document retrieval system capable of locating and proving next day delivery capability; •b. On-site file/document review area with electrical outlets; •c. Access to a document review area for 5 - 7 days within 2 weeks of shipment; •d. Weekly pick-up of 15 - 25 boxes at HUD headquarters; •e. Receive an estimated 5 -10 boxes per week from UPS; •f. Delivery of boxes upon request; and •g. Retrieval of an estimated 5 boxed per month. Please provide the following information: •1. Your business size; •2. Whether you are an 8(a), GSA, large business, small disabled-veteran business, etc. •3. A statement that your facility is CFR compliance and that can provide ALL of the services listed above.
