- CINCINNATI, OHIO AREA DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (VA) WANTS TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veteran Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield 7,185 to 7,904 usable square feet in Cincinnati, Ohio, for use as office space. The space must be on no more than 1 floor and can be provided by new construction or modification of existing space. On-site parking for 35 vehicles is required. A lease for 5 base years along with five (5) one-year renewal options will be considered. Location: To be considered, space must be within the following delineated area: Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: North- 1 mile North of South of Route 562 South- North of Ohio River East- 1 mile East or West of Interstate I-71 West- 1 mile East or West of Interstate I-75 An award of contract will not be made for a property located within a base flood plain or wetland unless the Government has determined that there is no practicable alternative. A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by VA.
