- This modificaton is the same as the original solicitation. All questions were compiled into one word document with the appropriate answers. The Q&A word document is posted with the solictation as an attachment. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is W911W4-10-T-0199. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside, and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The associated NAICS code is 621999 and industry standard is $10M. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All quotes must clearly list the offerors name, address, POC with telephone number, and the solicitation number. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-42 effective 16 July 2010. All questions concerning this procurement, either technical or contractual must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Office. No direct discussion between the contracting officer representative and a prospective offeror will be conducted unless it is deemed necessary by the Contracting Officer. Answers to questions will be posted in the same manner as the solicitation. Quotes must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 11 August 2010. Offers must be submitted in PDF format. The offeror agrees to hold its prices in its quote firm for sixty (60) calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes. Quotes shall be emailed to Mark Hampton at mark.hampton3@mi.army.mil Offerors must scrutinize this solicitation and ensure their quotes and submissions comply with all requirements. It is not sufficient to merely state your quote complies with the solicitation requirements. You must clearly identify how your quote meets all of the solicitation requirements. Reference clause 52.212-2 concerning contents of quotations. Also your quote must list your DUNS number, CAGE code, and Federal TIN with Company name, POC and phone number. If you need to obtain or renew a DUNS number or CAGE code, please visit www.ccr.gov. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
