Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of fuel cell generators and fuel, commercial items, prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-41 of May 13, 2010. Quotations are being requested via this notice only. A written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation/Request for Quotations (RFQ) number is 19181AQ028. The acquisition is reserved exclusively for small business concerns. The North American Standard Industrial Classifications System Code is 423830 and the size standard is 100 employees or less. This acquisition is to furnish the following:(1) five (5) EFOY Pro 1600 fuel cell generators (with 1 year warranty) with following accessories:2 year warranty extension; 5 ea M28 adapter; 4 ProCube Enclosures; 5 laptop interface adapters.DELIVERY TO JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA (2) 16xM28 methane fuel cartridgesPRODUCT SENT TO HONOLULU, HAWAII INTERESTED PARTIES SHALL SUBMIT A QUOTATION BASED ON UNIT PRICE, SHIPPING/INSURANCE, AND AVAILABLE DELIVERY DATE. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply: 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offer Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (to be completed and provided with quotation); 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (applicable are: (5)(i)-52.219-6; (16)-52.222-26; (17)-52.222-35; (18)-52.222-36; (19)-52.222-37; (21)-52.225-1; and (29)-52.232-33.
