- PROJECT NAME: Emergency Watershed Protection Program - O'Keefe Bank Stabilization ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $25,000 to $50,000 LOCATION: Pembina County, North Dakota SUMMARY: This project is for the Repair of the O'Keefe Bank Stabilization through the Emergency Watershed Protection Program in Pembina County, North Dakota. Work is as detailed in the plans and specifications and includes: Clearing and Grubbing;.1 acre Grass Seeding; Mobilization/Demobilization; 808 CY Excavation; 115 SY Topsoiling; 697 CY Rock Riprap; and 1046 SY Geotextile. Prospective contractors must have a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number. A DUNS number can be obtained by calling the Dun and Bradstreet at 1-866-705-5711 or via the internet at http://www.dnb.com. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration can be completed at the CCR Web site at http://www.ccr.gov. Prospective contractors must complete the annual representative and certifications electronically via the Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA). Registration can be completed at the ORCA web site at http://orca.bpn.gov. Awarding of contract is contingent upon receiving funding. The solicitation package will be posted approximately August 9, 2010. A site showing will be held August 18 at 1:00 p.m. CST. Location: USDA Service Center, 417 Park Street West, Park River, ND 58270
