- The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 5, Central Region Laboratory intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) with Picarro, Inc. for laboratory equipment. Solicitation/Synopsis number PR-R5-10-00168 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 effective 23 July 2010. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 334516, Size Standard 500.
