- Additional Information: Carriers shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform air charter transportation services for one-time domestic passenger, cargo and combination (combi) movements at both military and commercial airfields. Performance of services shall take place within the Continental United States and other locations (Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada), as specified in the individual solicitations posted on the Groups Operational Passenger System (GOPAX). Master Solicitation HTC711-10-R-R007 will be effective 1 October 2010 and will expire 30 September 2013.
