- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, to California Training Institute 1831 Quail Court, Saint Helena, CA 94574 for the development and production of course materials for a range of risk management training and the development and instruction of a complimentary facilitator instructor course. A large number of National Park Service employees have been trained on the concepts contained within the documents that must be used to develop the required courses and materials, and the proposed contractor holds the copyright to these documents. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. Submit written responses to eric_nolte@nps.gov prior to the closing date and time of this announcement. The capability statement shall be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. The Government will make that determination based upon the responses received to this notice.
