- THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING SET-ASIDE FOR EMERGING SMALL BUSINESSES UNDER FAR 19.10 SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVENESS DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM. *It is anticipated the plans and specifications for this procurement will be available on www.fbo.gov on or about 12 August 2010 due to unexpected delays. All other details regarding the presolicitation notice remain the same. The work shall include, but is not limited to, mechanical dredging and disposition of the dredged materials placed from the Quincy Bay and Quincy Harbor areas.
