- This is to notify the interested parties that the service for Transitional Housing is being readvertised. There will be a pre solicitation meeting in building 5 (Behavioral health) at the Erie VA, 135 E. 38th St., Erie, PA 16504 on Monday, August 16th from 2pm to 3pm. All interested parties must confirm participation by 8/13/2010 at 4pm via e-mail to stacy.schwalbendorf@va.gov. Note: Because the Contractor is required to collaborate closely with the VA program staff in providing psychosocial services, the driving time between the Contractor and the Erie VAMC is not to exceed one hour.
