- Specifications for 60 Watt Amplifer Specifications for 100 Watt Amplifer (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items authorized under Subpart 13.5 and prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation number, N68335-10-T-0216, is issued as a 100% small business set-aside Request for Quotations (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses provided herein are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-29, Amendment 01. (iv) The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 334220, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. (v) This is an acquisition for one (1) Radio Frequency Power Amplifier, 60 watts, 800 - 3000 MHz (.8 - 3 GHz) and one (1) Radio Frequency Power Amplifier, 100 watts, 1 - 1000 MHz,.001 - 1 GHz. The amplifiers shall be a solid state, self-contained, air-cooled, broadband amplifier required to support a GTEM cell application for the Navy RFCASS program radiation probe model 3528AS1125-01. They are designed for applications requiring instantaneous broadwidth, high gain, and linearity. The amplifiers must include manufacturer warranty with warranty sticker affixed (including start and end date), operator/service manuals and /or technical data sheets, and Item Unique Identification (IUID) government labeling. (vi) Refer to attachments for requirement specifications. (vii) Delivery shall be twelve (12) weeks after contract award. Inspection will be Certificate of Conformance and/or Calibration documentation. Acceptance will be by Government at destination. FOB is Destination. All items will be shipped to San Diego, CA 92135-7058. (viii) FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, is incorporated by reference. Addendum 52.212-1: All offerors competing for award are required to provide a proposal electronically to shannan.germond@navy.mil. All proposals must include information regarding the make/model and technical specifications of the item being proposed. Offerors will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis. The price proposal will be evaluated to determine the offerors prices are realistic, accurate and reasonable.
