- Description
- The Louis A. Johnson VA Healthcare System has a requirement for a Perfusion Services. The contractor will provide complete perfusion services at the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center, Clarksburg, WV 26301. Certified clinical Technicians or other persons that are qualified based on training and/or certification will perform Autotransfusion and Platelet Gel Therapy. Services include the set-up, operations, cleanup of equipment (following procedure) and identified post-procedure documentation. The contractor or its designated agent will provide equipment and disposables supplies required in the operation of the equipment and typically replaced after each use to perform services as outlined in the schedule. It will be the contractor's responsibility to maintain and repair all equipment provided by the contract. Any equipment or supplies provided by the contractor remains the property of the contractor. Solicitation VA-244-10-RP-0367 will be issued on or about August 23, 2010. The Government will use a best value source selection in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 and intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of this solicitation. The resulting contract will be effective for a base year with the Government's option to exercise four (4) one-year option periods. The NAICS code is 621399 with a size standard of $7 million.
