- IQC102140009005, ISSUE DATE 19 AUGUST 2010/ CLOSING 20 SEPTEMBER 2010. This solicitation is intended to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1560-01-106-1899, Lever Assembly, Door. The contract term is a base and four option periods. The maximum contract term is five years. A flexible option is included. Item Description is in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft, DGW 70217-01024, Rev. "H Dated 10 Aug 04 & AMCOM, CAGE 81996 Procurement Package #70217-01024 Rev. "K" DTD 17FEB09, P/N 70217-01024-043. Item is export and configuration control. Item is not critical or CSI. S olicitation is issued 100% Small Business Set Aside, full and open after exclusion of sources. Estimated annual demand is 687 each. Guaranteed minimum is 246 each, base year only. Maximum Annual Contract quantity is 1,275. Delivery order quantities will be 246 minimum to 687 maximum. SURGE is required. The following terms apply: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination, higher level inspection requirements apply. Delivery is 120 DARO OBO. Ship to CONUS stock locations, as specified on delivery order. A technical data package is available. Electronic offers are not acceptable. The solicitation may be obtained by going to http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The technical data package will be available on DIBBS in CFolders. The solicitation will be available on or about August 19, 2010.
