- Solicitation No. DTFAWA-10-R-00042, for THE ADVANCED QUALIFICATION PROGRAM (AQP) AND RELATED VOLUNTARY SAFETY PROGRAM (VSP) services at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), FAA Voluntary Safety Programs Branch located at the Dulles Airport, ATPCO Building, FAA AFS-230, Dulles, VA The FAA anticipates award of a contract for a base period and four one-year options. Estimated start date for performance: September 22, 2010. This SIR is being released as a total set-aside for small business concerns to ensure small businesses have an opportunity to provide the requested capabilities to satisfy the requirements under this SIR. The NAICS Code applicable for the predominant overall effort that will be required for performance of the contract is 541611 - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, with the size standard, in millions of dollars, is $7.0 Proposals must be received by FAA at the location below on August 26, 2010, by 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).
