- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (ii) (A) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to ADT Security Services, Inc.; 3601 Eisenhower Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22304-6425 an intrusion detection systems and miscellaneous alarm systems. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance for one (1) commencing on 23 August, 2010, and ending on 22 August 2011. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561621 with a size standard of $12.5M. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is not a solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted.
