Description
U --CONFERENCE, LODGING AND RELATED SERVICES FOR OIG OFFICE OF AUDIT TRAINING The Environmental Protection Agency, Office of the Inspector General, Office of Audit (OA), has need of Conference Rooms/Center, including "break-out" rooms to be used for separate training sessions. Hotel accommodations and meals are required. Date: December 6 - 10, 2010 Place of Peformance: Withing 75 miles of the Washington, DC metro area (within 25 miiles of major airport); Public transportation must be available. Rooms: Approx 77 - 120 (sleeping rooms required) for nights of December 6, 7, 8 and 9 (approx 10 refrigerators needed). Wireless technology available. - -NOTE: Send in a seperate quote for the Rooms. Light Refreshments and Snack: AM/PM snacks with beverage service on December 7, 8 and 9. Meals: Breakfast and Lunch on Decemger 7, 8 and 9. Breakfast only on December 10. - - NOTE: Send in a seperate quote for the Meals. Meeting Rooms: one conference room - round tables of eight set-up on December 7, 8 and 9. Accommodate 120; wireless technology available (needed from 8:00 am - 9:00 pm on Decemer 7, 8 and 9 Registration Area: one table and two chairs Administration Area: secured stroage area for supplies and equipment Breakout Rooms: five rooms with classrooms set-up (accommodate 30) on December 7, 8 and 9. Wireless available. IT Equipment: one floor microphone, one cordless mic, one podium, one LCD Projector, Screen for Auditorium, one PA system for auditorium, five LCD Projectors, and five screens for five breakout rooms IT Support: Set-up on December 7, 8, 9 and 10 Services: Copying services on site, mailing and receiving materials on site Facility: Must be environmental Green designation Parking: Amble parking available for conference participants The North American Industry Classification System (NAIC) code is 721110.
