- ***RECOVERY*** ***THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER (OR QUALIFIED 8(a) SOURCE). The USDA - Forest Service intends to award a Sole Source 8(a) Firm Fixed Price Contract for the following project: Project Location: Princeton Forestry Sciences Laboratory, Mercer County, West Virginia. Project/Work Description: Project consists of removal of existing wood fixed and wood casement windows (322 units) at the Main Lab Building of Princeton Forestry Sciences Laboratory; provide Replacement of Energy Star labeled aluminum-clad wood fixed and awning windows as appropriate, including restoring interior finishes. Also remove and replace old garage door with more efficient unit.
