- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC-PCD), Panama City, Florida intends to solicit competitive quotations to manufacture and deliver 3 each AN/AQS-20A Maintenance Stands. This is a built-to-print requirement. Offerors interested in this project shall submit an email request for a compact disc (CD) containing the drawings. Phone requests will not be accepted. Send email request to the individual listed below. Offeror ™s email request must contain the following: (1) Company Name and Address, (2) Cage Code, (3) Point of Contract Name, Phone Number and Email Address. Email requests must be received not later than 11:00 P.M., Central Standard Time on 18 Aug 2010. Offerors may submit their completed Standard Form 18 (SF18) via attached email to the individual ™s email address identified below or by fax at 1-850-234-4251 not later than 2:00 P.M., Central Standard Time on 30 Aug 2010. The following notes apply to this requirement: NOTE 1: This is a total small business set aside requirement. NOTE 2. DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT D. Distribution authorized to Department of Defense (DoD) and U. S. DoD contractors. NSWC PCD will verify offeror ™s status before sending CD. Other requests for these drawings shall be referred to NSWC PCD, Acquisition Services Division to point of contact listed below. NOTE 3. DISTRUCTION NOTICE. For Classified Documents, follow the procedures in DOD 5220.22-M, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual, Chapter 5, Section 7, or DOD 5200.1-R, Information Security Program Regulation. For Unclassified, Limited Documents, destroy by any method that will prevent disclosure of contents or reconstruction of the document. NOTE 4. RELEASE OF INFORMATION. All technical data provided to the contractor by the Government will be protected from public disclosure in accordance with the markings contained thereon. All other information relating to the items to be delivered or services to be performed under this task order may not be disclosed by any means without prior approval of the appropriate Government authority. Dissemination or public disclosure includes, but is not limited to, permitting access to such information by foreign nationals or by any other person or entity; publication of technical or scientific papers; advertising; or any other proposed public release. The contractor shall provide adequate physical protection to such information so as to preclude access by any person or entity not authorized such access by the Government. Offers received from large business(es) will not be accepted. The delivery point for the Maintenance Stands is Panama City Beach, Florida 32407.
