- Single Source Justification This is a notice that Laughlin Air Force Base intends to award to a single source. The government intends to award to Acoustic Technology, Inc for one preventative maintenance inspection and replacement of necessary parts for the Laughlin AFB Giant Voice system. ATI has proprietary rights on the software, firmware and hardware that makeup the Giant Voice System, therefore, they are the only company that can provide this service. The acquisition is under North American Industry Classification System Code 811213 with a small business standard of $7.0 Million.
