Description

Single Source Justification This is a notice that Laughlin Air Force Base intends to award to a single source. The government intends to award to Time Warner Entertainment - Advance/Newhouse Partnership to provide basic cable service for Laughlin AFB Lodging Facility #454. Time Warner currently holds a franchise agreement with Laughlin AFB and is the only provider for cable television services in the Del Rio area and therefore is the only company that can provide this service. The acquisition is under North American Industry Classification System Code 515210 with a size standard of $15 Million.
