- The solicitation is for stand examination data collection activities on the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), incidentals, and perform all work necessary to conduct stand examinations in compliance with terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions of this solicitation. This solicitation covers a base period plus four Option years.
