- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The cutoff date for questions on this solicitation is COB August 6, 2010 and the Questions and Answers will be posted on August 10, 2010. Offers are due no later than 1:00 P.M. PST, August 18, 2010. All eligible, responsible concerns may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency.
