- Project will provide for repairs to the quaywall, replacement of the pedestrian bridge and construction of a small craft support pier for the newly purchased Maritime Pre-Positioning Force Utility Boats (NPFUB's),and Navy, andj incidental related work. The contractor will be required to obtain, at the contractor's expense all appropriate construction permits including but not limited to permits from the Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Environmental Protection and all other applicable permits. The estimatedc cost range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. NOTE: The command site address should read: 4921 S. Broad Street, Bldg. 1, 2nd floor, Philadelphia Navy Yard, Philadelphia Pa. 19112. An experience clause will also be incorporated.
