- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the FAR format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Request for quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) for supplies/fixed price. The Bureau of Indian Affairs is Requesting Price Quotes for library shelving and furniture. The shelving is to be all wood, not particle board or veneer. All items in this procurement are to be new, not like new or refurbished. A detailed description of contract line items and quantities is provided as an attachment to this solicitation. Delivery for this procurement is FOB Destination to BIA-OFMC-Equipment Planning & Distribution Center, 1600 12th St. NW, Albuquerque. It is required vendors are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), to include completion of the Offeror Representations and Certifications---Commercial Items (ORCA), pursuant to FAR 52.212-3.
