- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG29-10-Q-PNC102. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2007. This acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS is 238110. The contract type will be a Firm Fixed Price Construction Order. The U.S. Coast Guard proposes to solicit from the attached scope of work. Vendor is required to attend a walkthrough on the 5th and 6th of August from 8:00am - 2:00pm. An appointment must be made before arriving at site. Vendor who does not attend the walkthrough will not be given an opportunity to submit a proposal. Federal Acquisition Regulation Clauses and Department of Labor Wage Rates for Construction are included in this order and are applicable. Vendors doing business with the Coast Guard must be registered or be willing to register with the Central Contracting Registration at www.ccr.gov.
