- The United States Government seeks to lease Office consisting of approximately 4,300 rentable square feet in Waupun, Wisconsin, within the following delineated area: City limits of Waupun, Wisconsin The space should yield between 4,250 - 4,650 BOMA usable square feet with a minimum 10 vehicle parking spaces. In addition, the government would require outside storage on site. The proposed lease is for 10 years and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than January 1, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Specific requirements will be taken into consideration for the procurement of this lease. Please note that the Government seeks existing commercial space and will only consider new construction as a last resort. Since the United States Government already occupies space within the delineated area, move costs will be considered with all solicitations. The General Services Administration will not use tenant brokers to represent the Government in lease negotiations or transactions for this procurement. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
