- This solicitation invites proposals for replacement of the Air Handler and Boiler at the Memphis, TN – P&DC located at 555 South 3rd Street. Contractors will be evaluated based on references showing similar construction experience. Contractors must have an EMR (Experience Modification Ratio) of less than 1.0 to be considered. Cost range: $1,000,000 - $1,250,000 Construction. Time: 120 calendar days A PREPROPOSAL CONFERENCE WILL BE AUGUST 19, 2010 AT 11:00 AM AT THE FACILITY. Minimum Years in Business: Your company must have been in business, under the firm’s present name, for a minimum of five (5) consecutive years. You must have a Tennessee general contractor license. Financial Capability: The successful offeror must demonstrate the ability to provide appropriate bonding and sufficient insurance as required by this solicitation. Financial capability includes the offeror’s satisfactory working relationship with a financial institute and surety agency. Capacity/Resources: The successful offeror must demonstrate sufficient in-house resources to successfully complete a minimum of 12% of the work before subcontracting when considering their present workload. Provide an organizational chart. Identify and provide a resume for persons, who will be assigned to this contract. EMR (Experience Modification Ratio): Must be less than 1.0 to be considered.
