- This project consists of reconstructing Canyon Rim Campground on the Ashley National Forest. The work shall include: Removal of existing site features (fire rings, picnic tables with concrete footings, pedestal grills, and hydrants); removal of sections of existing double chip seal asphalt; constructing new aggregate surface family units with, picnic tables, fire rings, and utility tables; patching the existing road; constructing gravel and asphalt paths; installing family unit markers; installing new water hydrants; constructing accessible parking stalls; widening asphalt parking spurs; and other site features (traffic control signs, site I.D. signs and barrier rocks). This is full and open competition, range is between $25,000 and $100,000, NAICS 238990. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about August 12, 2010. Site visit is schedule 08/20/2010 at 11 a.m.
