- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting quotes for supplying miter gate and tainter valve parts for a lock and dam. Solicitation number W912ES-10-T-0081 is issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 and evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 339991 with a size standard of 500 employees. CLIN and subCLIN descriptions, sizes and quantities of the required contract supply work items are specified in the solicitation and Statement of Work. Deliverables and acceptance of deliverables will be FOB Destination to Guttenberg, Iowa 52052. Specified items must be delivered by 1 October 2010. The remaining must be delivered by 1 January 2011. Offerors must submit the following: (1) a completed Standard Form 1449 with pricing information for each Item No. (2) completed clause 52.213-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications or indicate if representations and certifications have been completed electronically via the ORCA website at http://orca.bpn.gov. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. Offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration located at www.ccr.gov prior to contract award. A determination by the government to not award based on the responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the government.
