- MEMBERSHIP SERVICES: The is a notice of a proposed award to the Corporate Executive Board (CEB) using other than full and open competitive procedures, to renew the Learning and Development Roundtable at the U.S. Government Accountability Office for a base period with two additional options for one year each. The research and executive support from this Roundtable deal primarily with scoping the learning and development executives core management challenges, identifying the best practice research and analysis focusing on corporate strategy, operations and general management issues. CEB provides its integrated set of services currently to more than 4,800 of the world's leading executives and most prestigious corporations, including over 85% of the Fortune 500. This is not a request for quotation. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
