- Request for Quotation (RFQ)-10-10-054-REL for Automatic Doors Project Plans for Automatic Doors Project The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to replace seven (7) existing entryway doors with seven (7) automatic doors at the Crow Service Unit, PHS Indian Hospital, Crow Agency, Montana. The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition and removal of the existing doors and installation of the new automatic doors as described in the plans and specifications. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions; FAR 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (JUN 2003); and FAR 37.101, Non-Personal Service Contract. The estimated price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. General Decision Number: MT100003, dated 07/30/2010 is applicable. Notice is hereby given that contractors who perform projects within the exterior boundaries of the Crow Indian Reservation, Big Horn County, Montana, must be certified through the TERO Office prior to commencing work. The Contractor is also responsible for payment of any tribal taxes and work permits and compliance with the local tribal employment rights ordinances.
