- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Autoaligning Ultralign Line Laser, Part # OT-7000 AL Qty. 2. 2) RF Controller Module, Part # OT-7000 RF Qty. 2. 3) CPU Central Processing Unit with RF spread spectrum communication. This requirement is sole sourced to On-Trak Photonics, Inc., 14 Goodyear Suite 130, Irvine, CA 92618, as it is their proprietary hardware involved for the upgrade. Any firms believing that they can provide the upgrade materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm ™s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Respond to John P.
