- Description
- The intent of this Scope of Work is to repair various locations of the approximately 6,100 sq/ft of TPO roofing on the Child Care Building at the Benjamin L. Hook Job Corps Center. The roof has ponding water, the roof drains are set too high to provide drainage and portions of the roof are in need of repairs. A more detailed description of the work may be found in Part V - “EXTENT OF WORK” in the attached Scope of Work. 2. A pre-bid walk-through will be conducted at the project site with all interested contractors prior to the bid opening date. The pre-bid walk-through will be conducted on August 13, 2010, starting at 10:00a central standard time.
