- PRON: AX0C0161AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a three-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 120 up to 360 maximum CONTROL, ASSY, HE, NSN: 1660-01-115-3636, Part Number: B65C30, applicable to the BK, CH -47 (CHINOOK), with deliveries to Tinker AFB, OK, 73145-8000. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 120 each; 2nd Year, 120 each and the 3rd Year, 120 each. The required delivery is 120 each, 276 days after contract award (DACA). This item is restricted to Kelly Aerospace Power Systems, Inc., Cage OMJG0. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
