- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center, Sioux Falls, SD, intends to negotiate a sole-source purchase of a Vision Link Nurse Call System with Dynamic Technical Building Systems for 4 Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) locations under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 423450 and the size standard is 100 employees. The award will be issued as a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. This system meets the needs of our Community Based Outpatient Clinics. The purpose of this procurement is to establish standardized procedures and equipment to ensure consistency and compliance throughout each of the Outpatient Clinics that fall under the direction of the parent facility, VA Sioux Falls. The Vision Link Nurse Call System is currently in use in some of the CBOC's in VA Sioux Falls catchment area. This notice is not a request for quotations. No solicitation will be issued and proposals will not be accepted. However, any Small Business that believes it can meet these requirements and possesses the financial capacity with relevant past experience and expertise may give written notice to the Contracting Officer within five (5) days from this notice's publication date. Supporting evidence must be provided in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements.
