- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THISOPPORTINITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO TRANS GULF CONSTRUCTORS, INC., AUTHORIZED UNDER THEAMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009. NASA/SSC has a requirement for TransGulf Constructors, Inc. to provide a proposal in accordance with FAR 52.243-4 Changes. The period of performance will be extended for 7 calendar days. Please note that thisrequest does not commit the government to pay any cost incurred for the preparation orsubmission of proposal. This is for informational purposes only.
