- Drawings Specifications General Decision Number WI100019 07-02-2010 WI19 Solicitation Sections C through M Price Schedule Section B Solicitation Offer and Award-Standard Form 1442 Section A This action is funded with American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds. Reporting to www.FederalReporting.gov is mandatory during the first 10 days following the end of each quarter (Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep, Oct-Dec) of the project. Construction of the Jefferson County Emergency Watershed Protection Program-Floodplain Easement Program (EWPP-EWP) Construction Project, Jefferson County, Wisconsin. The work consists of the following: • Installation of required erosion control measures • Tile exploration • Tile removal and replacement with non-perforated tile • Tree clearing • Filling of drainage ditch • Excavation of material from scrape and borrow areas, and pushing of material to fill ditches • Seeding of disturbed areas A site visit is scheduled for 10 am on Tuesday, 8/10/10. Participants will meet onsite, at County Hwy G, approximately 1 mile south of Highway 19, in Milford Township (T 8N, R 14E, Section 7) in Jefferson County.
