- Description
- The 42nd Contracting Sqaudron at Maxwell AFB, AL is seeking vendors capable of providing two day trial advocacy teacher training for 10-11 September 2010 in Montgomery, AL. The contractor is to provide Two (2) National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) trained attorneys, judges, law school professors or equivalents. The course objective for the trial advocacy teacher training is to introduce the NITA teaching methodology and an in-depth teaching of case analysis to faculty members of the AF JAG School. Course will refine the faculty’s critiquing and teaching skills and students will learn how to deliver specific and constructive critiques, effectively demonstrate key points of critique, teach the group while critiquing the individual, team-teach, critique multiple performances, and critique case analysis. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any businesses that can provide the specified services, they must respond to this notice before 8/6/2010 at 11:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST).
