- Loan Locker Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z3560139A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-44 effective 08 Jul 10, Defense DCN 20100802 effective 02 Aug 10, and AFAC 2010-0402 effective 02 Apr 2010. This acquisition is unrestricted; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561110. The business size standard is $7M. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is R799. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 8742. CLIN0001-Hourly services for Loan Locker/Spouse Newcomer Coordinator. Manage the loan locker for the Airman & Family Readiness Center. The primary emphasis of the position is to assist customers in need of loan locker items, prepare the loan item receipt, ensure entry of the control numbers on required items, brief customers on of loaned items and serve as a program manager to implement and maintain the Spouses Newcomer's Orientation program in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Base Year 01 Oct 2010 - 30 Sep 2011 Option Year 1 01 Oct 2011 - 30 Sep 2010 Option Year 2 01 Oct 2012 - 30 Sep 2013 Please provide quotes valid until 1 October 2010. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
