- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. THIS REQUIREMENT IS BEING SOLICITED AS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SVC-DISABLED VET-OWNED SB. The cutoff date for questions on this solicitation is COB August 6, 2010 and the Questions and Answers will be posted by August 10, 2010. Offers are due no later than 1:00 P.M. PST, August 18, 2010. All eligible, responsible concerns may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency. For additional information regarding this proposal contact Gar Sun Lum at 760-380-7649 or email garsun.lum@us.army.mil. Services required are to provide Cultural Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to the NTC Replication of Afghan/Iraqi Indigenous Personnel with ten (10) SMEs.
