- Solicitation Drawings Part 2 Drawings Part 1 The Rapid River Trailhead Site Improvements contract consists of approximately 0.30 miles of roadway construction and parking area development. Included and associated work consists of earthwork, aggregate placement, double course surface treatment, fence demolition and construction, signs, and gate installations. Project location is near to Rapid River Hatchery, approximately 2.5 miles up the Rapid River Road from Highway 95 approximately 5 miles south of Riggins, Idaho. Estimated price range for the project is $25,000-$100,000. The completion deadline for the project is March 14, 2011. This acquisition is being set-aside for certified HUBzone small business concerns. To be eligible for consideration, quoters must be certified HUBzone concerns with the U.S. Small Business Administration. Faxed quotes are acceptable. Technical proposals are required. See Section M for evaluation information.
