- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Furnish all necessary supplies, materials, and earthmoving and support equipment, complete with operator to accomplish levee rehab work at: Guide Meridian Levee located on the right bank of the Nooksack River near Lynden, WA: Ferndale Levee non-federal levee located on the right bank of the Nooksack River near Ferndale, WA; and Sande-Williams Levee located on the right bank of the Nooksack River near Deming, WA to include track mounted excavators, dozers, water truck, vibratory compactor and flaggers with signs.
