0MO2011 Delineated Area Map Expressions of Interest Sought (SFO 0MO2011) U. S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR OFFICE SPACE IN THE KANSAS CITY METRO AREA The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks expressions of interest from owners and authorized agents of existing commercial office and related space. AMOUNT: Approximately 21,535 rentable square feet of office and related space that yields a minimum of 18,726 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet for use by the agency for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. First floor, contiguous space is preferred. A minimum of 75 on-site surface parking spaces shall be available for Government use. The building should allow an area for interior vehicle/trailer parking with a minimum clear ceiling height of 15 feet and should have one (1) roll up door measuring at least 14 feet in height and 12 feet in width. LOCATION: Offered space must be within the following delineated area: Properties within a 45 mile radius from 9221 Ward Parkway, Kansas City, MO: Additional exclusions are properties within a 13 mile radius from the following: (1) Intersection of Oak Street and 12th Street in downtown Kansas City, MO. (2) 9221 Ward Parkway, Kansas City, MO (3) Intersection of MO Hwy 150 and Botts Road, Kansas City, MO. A map of the above described delineated area is attached for reference. REQUIRED: Tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space offered must conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety and handicap accessibility. Additionally, various security enhancements shall also be required. TERM: The lease shall be for a term of ten (10) years, five (5) years firm term.
