- Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) has a requirement for the procurement of electro-mechanical actuators, P/N: HTD320044-44. This will be a requirements type contract with one (1) base year plus four (4) option years. The annual estimated quantity for this requirement is for 4,000 each per year. The Statutory Authority permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1, when there is a supply or service available from one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the agency's needs. This requirement will be negotiated on a limited basis with Triumph Actuation Systems - Connecticut, LLC., 1395 Blue Hills Ave., Bloomfield, CT 06002-1309, Cage Code: 1QC67 in which a firm-fixed price contract will be issued. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (destination). Solicitation number W911N2-10-R-0050 will be released O/A 9 August 2010, Closing Date 25 August 2010. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about 9 August 2010.
